Non visa related but wasn’t sure where else to ask for advice.

I’ve recently sent a parcel of soft furnishings from the UK to Koh Phangan via UPS

The parcel has made it through all the scans and security checks and now I’m told it can’t be delivered and will be disposed of.

Can anyone suggest why this has happened?

And also which delivery company do you recommend I use so this doesn’t happen again 🙏🏼
