Do i have to get wet stamps from my company? Any clue on this.. Is it necessary or not. Will be applying at hanoi..so last minute jitters...

It's an odd requirement considering some countries no longer do this. For example, this is printed with laser etched security features in some countries. Considering anyone can go to the stamp shop and have them made.
