TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the necessity of a signed and stamped bank statement from the bank manager when applying for an E-Visa online at the Vancouver Consulate. Responses indicate that a current e-statement from a bank app suffices, provided it shows the current balance and relevant transaction details. Additionally, there are mentions of needing notarized documents for the visa application.

Canadian Consulates still issue the 12 month Non-O multi-entry Visas?

No, a current e statement from your bank app is fine. If the statement has more than one page they will want to see all of them. They want to know the current balance and a short history of deposits and withdrawals.

you mean, for Canada? In my country the Embassy states clearly that it can't be a screenshot, that it must have the stamp/signature of the bank, and that it must be in English (it's a non English-speaking country).

Yes, the question was with regard to the Thai consulate in Vancouver BC Canada. And it’s not a screen shot. It’s a pdf download from the mobile banking app.
