After applying for a 1 year extension based on marriage, then getting an in home visit is it possible to go back to Immigration to get the extension stamped BEFORE the end date on the 30 day under consideration stamp? Time is of the essence for me, and I will ask my Immigration Captain when I apply but if the Admins have any thoughts on this it would be appreciated. TIA!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired whether it's possible to get their marriage-based visa extension stamped before the expiration of the 30-day under consideration stamp. According to community responses, the official process typically requires waiting until the end of the 30 days for the stamping. It is advisable to confirm with the Immigration office if there are any possibilities to expedite the process.
For extensions based on marriage you get the 30 day under consideration stamp, they schedule an in home visit during that time and then you go back on the date that stamp expires and get the rest of the 11 months extension inked into your passport.
All you can do is ask, but I'd bet it'd be a no, because most of the time they send the application to the main office for that area for approval AND it's not uncommon for some approvals to actually take longer than the 30 day under consideration stamps.
Ask at your immigration office BEFORE you apply if the process can be sped up
