Hi I need advice please, I have been to the Kuala Lumpur embassy twice for a tourist visa, no problems with that at all. Now I am at the Vientiane one for my first time and also got a tourist visa no problem but i got a stamp with it as you can see in the picture. I followed the many advice given here before on changing embassy to not encounter problems. Getting this stamp was a surprise, anyway my question is i got a job offer and they are into processing my documents, next month I have to come here again at Vientiane, will I be able to get a Non-B visa? Or will this be a problem because of this stamp?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster has successfully obtained tourist visas from both Kuala Lumpur and Vientiane embassies, but received a warning stamp in Vientiane regarding frequent tourist visa usage. They are now concerned about acquiring a Non-B visa for a job offer they received. Responses indicate that the warning stamp relates specifically to tourist visas and should not impact the acquisition of a Non-B visa, as long as the proper documents from the employer are provided during the application.

You will NOT have a problem getting a different type of visa from the thai consulate in Vientiane. That warning is ONLY concerning tourist visas.

If you want to stay long time in Thailand, there is a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa, which correctly used can give you 270 days of stay, equal 3 Single Entry Tourist visa's. If you after this, still decide to live in Thailand it becomes time to find a visa that fit your purpose of stay.

Yes sorry. Brain malfunction.

Even so, surprising to see that stamp from there with only 2 previous visas and from KL not Laos.

Yes indeed I was very surprised after going through all the information here and being careful, I also thought Vientiane was the easiest, apparently they must be a lot stricter now. ๐Ÿ™„

He is not applying for another tourist visa, but for the Non Immigrant B visa with documents from his employer and the application of work permit approved from the Ministry of Labor.

Can you get another visa at Vientiane after they have red stamped you? I never thought you could?

No problem, it is just a warning about to much use of tourist visa. BTW you only have a job offer, you can only start working if you have the Non Immigrant B visa stamped in your passport and the work permit in your pocket.
