Can you apply for a Thai visa while outside the country and get approval after entering Thailand?
anyone know if it’s possible to apply while outside of thailand but get approved while you’re in thailand? do they stamp your passport at the airport if you arrive with the DTV? if you get approved after landing i wonder if you have to leave after X days and return with the stamped passport

You need to check with the embassy you apply at. Some, South Korea is one, state that you must remain in country until the visa is issued. In another group a person was denied in Poland after they had already left the country. Embassies can ask for additional proof you are still in the country or even ask you to come in to the embassy for an interview.
