mine said 1932 also and i edited it then it said it again then on the final screen it was the right date. i think when you submit at the final screen that date is the one that counts. also there’s pics we are submitting with our passport so they can look at the pic and clearly see our correct dates..but maybe they want another 400$ fee or something instead of seeing the right dates on the pics we upload

if they only need income then i’d assume just leases and proof of monthly deposits, but if they ask for yearly net profit via tax return, i write off everything and show a loss bc i don’t want to pay taxes, but now my income is 0/year.. gotta figure that out somehow

amazing thanks so much. not sure if you know this but does rental properties income count , and also does military income like VA monthly income? and it’s my wife and i applying. should one apply and the other apply as a spouse, or both apply as if we were unrelated? thanks so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

i have red pocket it’s 10$ a month and i turn that e sim cellular data roaming off. then for data when im traveling i use Airalo (5gb 13$) for another e sim to run at the same time. so monthly it’s about 23$ total for everything. my cellular data is off on my US sim and it’s kept on for my travel sim. i do not use any foreign phone #s so if you need a thai phone # then this won’t really help. but if you just need data while you’re abroad while still keeping an active US #, this route has worked well for me. anyone in europe or asia i need to call or contact i just use whatsapp over wifi or using my Airalo travel data. i still get all my normal US phone calls and texts even tho my US phone #’s esim roaming is off and basically not in use at all. hope this helps

is rental property income accepted? is military income (retired) accepted? also if a couple is applying, does 1 apply and the spouse applies as a spouse or as the same way as partner 1 with all the financial stuff etc? do you need to do any of this stuff in person at a consulate or embassy, or is it all online?

did you have to go anywhere to get your visa physically in person? or is it all via email
