ORIGINAL POSTERCan I apply for a DTV (e-visa) and then leave the country (not to Thailand) while the application is pending/being reviewed? Want to get a DTV while it's still relatively lax, but I'm in a situation where I won't be spending more than 25-30 days in any country for the next few months and my embassy (Ankara) seems to be very slow judging by comments I've managed to find online
