TLDR : Answer Summary
To return to Thailand with a current O-A visa, you will need several documents: a Certificate of Entry (COE), a private RT-PCR COVID-19 test result (negative and taken within 72 hours of departure), COVID-19 insurance covering at least USD 100,000, quarantine booking confirmation, and possibly proof of return or onward ticket depending on your visa type. An NHS COVID test is not sufficient; a private provider is required for the RT-PCR test, and while a Fit to Fly certificate was previously required, this may no longer be necessary after April 1st, so it's best to check the latest travel guidelines.

There are alot of chemists now offering Rt-pcr test combined with fit to fly .
If you do co vid test in chemist you will need to get a separate fit to fly.
Happened to me.
I paid £120 to chemist got results back next day by 5pm.
And then got fit to fly via Dr Donna. Simple process.
2/separate fir to fly certificate. Max 72 hrs old.
3/insurance covering covid to USD100,000
4/your quarantine booking
5/your COE
6/depending on your visa type, proof of return (or onward) ticket
