ORIGINAL POSTER
So I went to this website and they said no need for 90 day reporting. As I understand it this is where you are supposed to do it. I wanted to do the report online. This right or am I on the wrong website ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses whether the user is required to perform 90-day reporting for their visa in light of a recent amnesty. Comments clarify that, while an amnesty is in place allowing for temporary exemption until July 31st, it is still advisable to complete the reporting as usual, as immigration offices are not busy. Various methods for completing the reporting online, including specific websites and mobile applications, are also shared.

You are correct there is a "blanket amnesty" that allows people to not do 90 day reporting until July 31st.

BUT

we are advising people on long term extensions (education, marriage, retirement, employment, volunteer, raising children etc) to just do your 90 day reporting like normal when it comes up.

The immigration offices are not busy AND there is no real up side to taking the 'no need to report' amnesty.

I'm on non-imm 'o' visa. I can report 90 days between 18th-25th May as per the due date.

I'm not able to do "90 days reporting online" I tried everything.

1) Installed App, registered my self but not able to pass the first step.

Message pop up...Arrival information not found ..etc

2) Firfox- message popup after pressing submit button "For further information regarding 90 days reporting..etc

3) Chrome- as per your advive in some post... I turned off auto translate, turned off popup...still not working ...got the same message as above

4) Internet explorer same issue.

Don't know what's wrong. Usually I go to immigration in person and do it every year and no issues. This is my first time trying online 90 days reporting and it's not working.

Did my drive-in 90 day yesterday in Phuket. Seamless. In and out in 5 minutes. Very few customers at immigration.
