TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90 Day Reporting requirement in Thailand is currently in effect. It can be completed online if you have previously submitted a report in person. Required documents include your original passport, departure card (TM.6), and the completed TM.47 form. Reports can also be done in person, with some users reporting a quick process without paperwork during visits to immigration offices.

As recommended by Admin on previous posts, do your 90 day report as usual. Online, in person or post is entirely up to you.
