90 days reporting is part of the amnesty law that is currently in place? Reporting after 31 July is that correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement is related to the current amnesty law. While some advise timely compliance with the reporting due date, others suggest waiting for further announcements after July 31.

BUT to answer your question, YES you can wait on your 90 day report and watch for the announcement telling you when to restart doing it.

We recommend you do your 90 day report when is due...not delaying it.

we are advising people on long term extensions of stays to just go do their 90 day reporting like normal.

The immigration offices are NOT busy now and there is no upside to waiting until they tell you what to do after July 31st
