I have 4 more months for my current visa.. For your opinion, is it better to leave and apply for the DTV now or wait?

has anybody applied for the dtv visa in Manila? I am a US army veteran and I use the american VA hospital there, but I have not seen anyone successfully apply for the visa there

Regarding the 65k xfer to thai account every month for next year extension of a non-O visa - can the deposit be any time each calendar month (e.g., Oct 5, Nov 23)?

Also, can it be multiple deposits in the month that add up to more than 65k, rather than a single xfer each month?

I am in the process of getting my non-o visa from Chiang Mai immigration. My visa paperwork was accepted 15 days ago and my 20 day after application paperwork appointment is on November 9. can I use the same bank account that my deposit of $800,000 baht is in to add 65,000 baht a month for 12 months?

Could anyone clarify how far in advance we’re allowed to apply for the DTV? For exxample, if I plan to arrive in Thailand in March 2025, would it be possible to submit the application as early as December 2024?

Has anyone had experience with this through the Hanoi Embassy? Thank you for your help!
