I've just completed 55 days of my 60 day visa allocation in Thailand, then flew out to Cambodia.

What would you suggest the minimum volume of days out of Thailand, before I fly back in via Bangkok airport, to hopefully get another 60 days?

I'm about to apply for a 90-day non-O (Retirement) visa and I understood the requirement to be 800k baht, and that is what the evisa site still says. I happened to look at the Thai Embassy site and it says 30k dollars, which is more like a million baht. Which is correct? Also, do they look at my ending balance for the 3 months, or the average balance?

What do I select on my DTV application regarding accommodation type/address if I have not relocated yet and have not found housing (too soon)???

My relocation date is in July!

I am busy organisimg an international driving permit(IDP). Do the Thai traffic officers require the hard copy of the IDP or will a digital copy suffice?

I just googled about s non o marriage and then got this:

To extend or renew your visa, you may need to demonstrate sufficient funds in a Thai bank account (THB 400,000 for the initial visa, and THB 800,000 for subsequent renewals), or provide proof of a monthly income of at least THB 40,000.

The statement of THB 800000 is that correct?

Should I purchase local health insurance from nowconpare.com (e.g. Regency) before arrival on a DTV or after arrival using a local agent?

My passport expires in may next year . My extension for marriage is in september. Can i get an extension till May? Thanks

Hi, I’m filling out the Digital Thailand Arrival Card (DTAC), but my passport only has a family name—no first name. The form won’t accept symbols like "-" and only allows letters. And filling in first name is compulsory. Has anyone dealt with this before or know what I should do? Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Anyone have information on health insurance plans in Thailand that cover outpatient services? Also pricing on a full physical with no insurance? Ive heard you can get it done for around 16,000 Bhat?

Im on a DTV now but plan a long term marriage visa soon. Has anyone gone through the process of setting up a business in Thailand? I did my LLC in the States in about 5 minutes I dont think its nearly that easy here. Should I break down and get a lawyer? Recommendations?
