Last year I successfully applied for a UK holiday visa for my TGF. This year I want to apply for a Schengen visa to visit Spain. I have 48 pages of docs submitted for last year's visa so I don't need an agent. My concern is whether the bank statement I provide, showing earnings during my time on the ED Visa, could impact my chances of getting approved for the DTV. When does the spouse apply for the dtv ?

Hi All,

My husband has business in Thailand, and he has work permit from his own company.

I am following him, as i have dependent visa for Thailand as a spouse.

I am employed in a travel company in Dubai and I am working remotely from Thailand, and stay with my in Thailand.

I am going to Dubai next month and i wish to apply for DTV visa, i am drawing good salary and maintaining suffucient balance as per requirement.

My question is DO I NEED TO CANCEL MY DEPENDENT (NON-O) VISA, before applying for DTV visa or if i get approval for DTV visa, my dependent visa will get auto cancelled ?
