Not sure about the documents I should prepare so I have some questions for 2 ways of doing it..

1) Would new business/individual activity registration and freelance portfolio be enough? Assuming I don’t have any tax returns, because it is new business.

2) Normal contract, no freelancer contract, where it is stated, that I can work remotely. Or do I also need to provide additional document from company, that I can work remotely?

I have very strange situation, my DTV is pending since 22nd April, 2025 and now on 8th July, 2025 it is showing pending approval. I sent three reminders with additional documents (which inlcude UK visit visa) but i have not received any reply. I read some posts which shows that after pending approval mostly applications get approve. I have applied from Embassy of Islamabad. My catagory might be change because i am self employed and provide legal consultations online to my clients.

I am travelling to UK, Serbia and Turkey in July. What should i do? Shall i go for vacation?

Shall i consider DTV approved or it can be rejected too. I have strong social media presence as well as requisite amount required for DTV lying in bank since last 2 to 3 years.

Just got my Non O visa and looking at the Digital Arrival Card, they are asking for my departure date. I'm looking to permanently retire there so what have people been doing to get around this instead of buying a return ticket. I really don't want to purchase a ticket and only get a credit towards another ticket in the future as it'll likely never be used.

How many times can you apply for the 90 day non o visa ? If a person came into Thailand on this visa from uk and went back to uk after the 90 days could they then after a month apply for another 90 day non o visa ?

What about leaving Thailand with a passport and entering with a new passport but with a re-entry permit stamped on old passport?...I know that I/we will have to show both passports to the IO but can I/we write the re-entry permit number into the "visa Number" space on the TDAC even if the passport number is different?

If granted a non O-A visa , what documents are asked for by Thai immigration on arrival in Thailand ? Do you need to show all the documents you submitted to the embassy in order to obtain the visa or just the e-visa and insurance certificate ?

Hey I just got married to a Thai national and I’m currently in the process of trying to get her visa and green card to move with me to America. I am in the military and we got married with proxy online and I’m in the process of getting signatures so the marriage certificate can be recognized in Thailand as well. Does anybody know the process or how I got about doing her visa to get her to move with me?

I’m about to re apply for DTV visa I have over 500k thai baht deposited into my account for the past 3 months. Will the deposited amount be enough or do I have to literally keep 500k thai baht frozen in there for ending balance
