Does it matter if I have a lot of Thai stamps under visa exempt as well as extensions and same day border runs? Will they reject my DTV for this?

Which city offers the quickest turn around for obtaining DTV? I've heard mixed things so curious what the general consensus is

Thank goodness my DTV approved using soft power cooking class.

23 March 2025 - Applied the visa online at Laos

24 March 2025

9.00am - Make the payment at the Consulate.

4.26pm - Ask for the Laos Stamp

28 March 2025

9.00am - Went to Consulate and asking my application

10.42am - Email (Ask about the DBD and Owner ID for the Cooking - must signed by the owner). Few round email.

5.00pm - Sent the right documents from the school.

31 March 2025

9.10am - Went to Consulate and asking my application

10.00am - Change status from Checking to Waiting for Approval

3.00pm - Went to Thailand and waiting for the bus

4.55pm - Email (Interview on 2 April 2025 after lunch)

5.30pm - Back to Laos

1 April 2025

2.10pm - Interview

2.15pm - DTV Visa Approval

When I crossed the border, I showed Thai Immigration my visa via phone. But she never bothered to look, because their system already showed DTV.

I see today many posts about the 90 days report. What is that ?

Is there something else to do than just leaving the country every 180 days?

Thanks in advanced and sorry if that’s a stupid question lol

Why are people complaining about the moving goal post extension process, surely its a sign that immigration don't like this. This can easily be remediated by briefly leaving and country and re-entering once a year. Reason I bring this up is I just saw someone crying on the Thailand sub-reddit that they are now required by immigration to have a Thai Bank account in order to extend their Visa.

I got my Visa back in September 2024 and already been in and out the country 4 times, without any issues.

Hello everyone, I'll be in Thailand on May 1st. I'd know about payment systems besides the classic cash. Is Wise working to pay in any shop and withdraw from any Atm?

Hey long time travellers... Sorry if this is a dumb question, but Asia is weird sometimes.

I've got a long layover coming up in bkk. It is just from my arrival until my commuter flight home to the north. In the states I know I can just go to the counter and ask for a seat on an earlier flight (these are seldom full). Does that concept exist in Thailand?

So I have a retirement visa and recently left the country. I asked agent about reentry form upon my exit and she said I do not need one. When I returned I could only get 60 day tourist visa. Does this mean I need a new retirement visa? Do I have any options?
