My husband filed it on 4th Dec and his due date was 14th Dec. Up until now status is still show pending.

Thinking of waiting til Thursday if it doesnt approve he will have to go in.

TLDR : Answer Summary

The commenter suggests that the approval is unlikely and advises that if not resolved by the due date, he should file in person. They also note a potential fine for late filing.

I would almost bet that he's not going to get approved online or he would have been by now..

Remember if his due date was the 14th he only has until this Friday the 19th to file a 90 day report in person (because his due date was on a Sunday and if he shows up Monday he'll get a 2000baht failure to file on time fine ๐Ÿ˜ฎ )

If he's going to go in and file in person, go into the online 90 day program and cancel that pending report, just write "file in person" as the reason.
