How is everyone in Thailand? I hope you are doing well. I wanted to ask if I could transfer 40,000 euros from my Spanish account to my Thai account using WISE. I can prove that this money is mine in many ways, although my question would be: will there be any impediment from WISE in making the transfer to my Thai account? My purpose is because the time has come for me to pay for my marriage visa, so I need to transfer European money to Thailand and start with the paperwork process. Thank you very much everyone, and I hope you are doing well.

90 day reporting online.

We have many posts from people that have tried to do online 90 day reports that have been rejected. Many times the reason for the rejection isn’t clear or even stated.

The 90 day report system takes your request to file online and routes it to your local immigration office to approve or reject. Like many things in Thailand different offices have different policies.

The two main reasons for a rejection are that you are trying to do your first report online since entering Thailand. It doesn’t matter that you’ve been here for 20 years. If you’ve just returned from a trip abroad and are trying to file online it may be rejected as it’s your “first” report since entering.

The second and possibly the main reason is that the address you are using on your report doesn’t match the address that’s on file for your TM30. Many people I see coming in to the office state that “they’ve been in the same address for X years” so it shouldn’t be an issue. But forget that they stayed in a hotel (or even a hospital) 2 months ago in Samui or Bangkok or Nakon Si Nowhere. The hotel/hospital is obliged to file a TM30 for you and therefore updates your registered address to their location.

As stated its office specific, so one office may approve the filing whereas another will reject it. If rejected you can file a new TM30 online and try again. Perhaps you will need to go to your local office to resolve but almost certainly they will tell you the same thing. The address on file for the TM30 isn’t the same as the address used for the 90 day report.

In my email inbox this morning. My DTV was approved. Flying back to Bangkok a week tomorrow. The sense of relief is palpable. The Thai Embassy in London is my new favourite. 300 pounds sterling for a 5 year visa. Yes and thank you so much. By the way does anyone know how to get the paper copy for the passport?

Hi all, for Chaengwattana, what is the earliest I can apply for yearly non-o extension (based on marriage) from my 90 day non-o visa- is it 45 days or 30 days remaining?

In my previous yearly extensions is was basically a month’s consideration time, but it seems some have said 21 days- is this the norm now at CW? Thanks so much- trying to figure out timings before leaving for UK Christmas.

This group is very helpful. Please confirm that for the 800,000 Thai bank requirement a combination of pension + bank deposit totaling 800,000 for the year is acceptable. Thanks.

I have done my 90d reporting in person successfully. Then I re entered Thailand and got new stamp. Does the next 90d reporting have to be in person again or can it be done online now? I was told the first one has to be in person, but wasn't clarified if it's the first after each entry or the first ever and then all others can be online.

DTV application question: I plan to do it in Indonesia (Bali or Jakarta, not sure if it matters), is it risky if I apply myself or should I do it through an agency? How long does it take to process the visa from Indonesia? Whats the success rate if I apply under Muay Thai vs Cooking class (preferred for me, i actually love cooking)?

If I go with an agency, which ones are reliable and has a decent price? I talked to an agency and their price is more than other ones and they said I can only go do it in Vietnam (don't prefer to go bc it traumatized me a little in the past) and only apply for Muay thai bc they have a partnership and that cooking classes won't get approved. I feel like they just want me to do this so their partner gets my money for muay thai (my partner wants to do muay thai but I don't bc i am unable to do it physically due to health reasons and I've done it in the past when I was able to).

Also if I opt for a cooking class like do I have to look for a place that would agree that I would use them for a DTV visa? Whats the success rate for this? I'm actually serious about cooking though, how come muay thai always gets approved and cooking classes don't have the same success rate?

Let me know if you have successfully applied from Indonesia with a cooking class or muay thai option or any good agencies (not willing to spend a lot for this since I can technically do it myself).

Thanks
