Animals don't need visas they need vaccinations and paperwork it's not massively difficult (I was surprised by how easy it actually was) contact PAWS Phuket they helped me massively with all my questions, paperwork and even a different carrier in BKK as the airlines had different requirements

Usually your home country is the taxable one and you're not supposed to be earning money in Thailand on a DTV which is the point of it, it's not a work permit it's a remote work permit, hence the nickname digital nomad visa

I brought my dog on a special tourist visa they are livestock, so he was one unit of Yorkshire terrier. I had some great assistance from Paws Phuket with the paperwork it was all really easy they even helped me change carrier.

Just need vaccination up to date and import taxes

The wording is 3 months statements with an ending balance of 500k baht not 500k for 3 months but pedantic but that's what it says as long as it has 500k at the end
