correct it was when I moved in - that’s not were I’m trying to help people -

I left the country before 180 days - flew back ✈️ wasn’t a new address nothing changed same place same lease - come back into the country - it has to be resubmitted again within 3 days every time you come back into the country at immigration-

I wasn’t able to complete my 90 day reporting until the TM30 was completed again with absolutely no changes just red tape nonsense-

I received a 1600 baht fine - because I did not update the TM30 when I entered the country within 3 days -

Hopefully this will help people not get a fine when they go do their 90 day reporting.

they don’t care 🤷🏻‍♂️ unfortunately my landlord is a Chinese woman 👩 who lives in Singapore 🇸🇬 won’t do anything - so my reality just lodge the TM30 paper work at any immigration office within 3 days of landing 🛬 & I can never do the 90 day reporting online as it’s always classified for the first time.

Do your TM30 - 3 days before you land.

Do your 90 day reporting in person

No fines no issue

Leave the country before 180 days

Return

Repeat 🔁

You have 3 days to update your TM30 proof of residency every time you enter - if you don’t you will be hit with a fine of 1600 baht - I went to do my 90 day reporting on time - but because I didn’t go to immigration within 3 days of landing - I was hit with a fine makes no sense same address same everything have a 12 month lease but they require you to do it every time you re - enter the country on a DTV / once I paid the fine showed proof of documentation I could do my 90 day reporting.
