Well the landlord did the TM30, but used my middle name as my surname 😱🤦‍♀️ Thank you again for all the advice. I think I'll do a night in a hotel and then do it in person 🤷‍♀️

Well the landlord replied and told me to go to immigration- I've pushed back, if they don't do it I'll have to go. I'm pretty p*ssed off - not least as have torn acl & mcl in 1 knee and can barely walk! I paid 6 months up front to secure the villa which will be over end Feb - so may have to look to move.
