So my opinion from the gut is good, good, good and BAD. They are gonna say NO in a heartbeat. Way too risky. Kids. Lots of people dump them with grandma even when they live I Thailand. So that’s worthless. Property. So what. It won’t go away. Employer - who cares - pays a pittance. And no I’m not being nasty. I’m being factual.
