Problem is that many mothers ship their kids to their own mother for ever and basically don’t care. Well I wouldn’t say don’t care as that’s not really fair. It’s economics. But it happens and the embassy knows it.

What is her job? Does she have kids. Does she own land? Ditto house. People don’t understand this. The US is the same or worse. People stay illegally. It’s just a fact. Doctors and other real professionals don’t do this. And get visas easily. And letters of guarantee from you are totally worthless. She has to show that she has a genuine reason to return. And non stop reapplying will make things worse. Sorry to bring bad news. Maybe you plan to marry her. That’s different. But nothing is guaranteed. Sorry to ask but has she ever done anything that they’d take a dim view of?? I understand that it’s annoying and feels very inhospitable. But you have to take the emotion out of this and be very analytical. And maybe there is no solution. I once talked to a government employee about this issue. They refused her. She was pissed. Ten minutes earlier she has told me that someone in her office had basically gone on a tourist visa to London and got a job in a pub paying cash - fantastic money (to him) and had not returned. She couldn’t connect the dots. No wonder they are rigid. Sorry to say.

What you are proposing is a scam. A scam on the government who have unlimited resources to go after you. They’d say this was a ruse to get round regulations. So for $50k your lawyer(s) would probably get you off. Bad return on investment. 8 year olds ask questions like this.
