Usually immigration stuff is cash only. Best bring cash to avoid issues. Gamble to expect other.

When enter country it starts new 90day cycle and first must be online. Personally proven several times.

You might get an email notification from previous 90day report, but out of country travel overrules that.

Date you last entered Thailand from a foreign country, even if only a short trip. I.e. the last stamp on your passport entering Thailand (not the 90day date)

First 90day at a new address can't be online

Set a daily alarm in your phone starting at day 75, 15days before due. Submit online a few times, if not approved go to immigration 5 days before just in case some issue requires time to fix.

Do similar for Visa renewal, 2-3 months before due to ensure banking ok, and another 1month before due so you have lots time to fix any issues

Phone calendar alarms are great!

Bring the bank book of when you originally transferred the 800k to Thailand

Get insurance for when your plane takes off, to cover any travel issues.

Visa period will be until insurance expires or length of visa, whichever sooner, so don't start insurance too soon. Do investigate insurance immediately, it can take time to qualify, just keep start date flexible till you buy plane ticket.

for me when this happened during my 90day in person report: The immigration officer phones the landlord right in front of me, warns them an officer will visit if they don't get the form ASAP, and warns that a large fine is pending if anything delays it or if it happens again.

Doesn't your visa require money in bank? 400k, 800k, or monthly?

Also confirm with nearest Thai embassy that money in overseas account acceptable, and type of proof needed (unless you already have money seasoned in Thai bank account, or acceptable proof of monthly income
