Can I apply for a Thai DTV visa at the HCMC embassy without a company setup and payslips?

my advice is don’t apply at hcmc. do hanoi instead. currently have a pending application after they requested support documents with conflicting information and zero response through email or line when asking for clarification to be sure. also there’s a few others that have had issues with hcmc. beware and good luck!
