Now that's a good idea take her to France get on one of them small boats.. throw passport and everything into the sea. Then no visa will be needed and can stay here for ever without any issues
Been going for 30 years now. Have family in Burriram. I don't stay there because unlike some at 54 I still have to work. Maybe in the next 10 years we will move and be with family.
Went through this 24 years ago and wow how things have changed now, my wife's first visa 2 years. After spending 2 years in the UK as long has prove still together a visa upgrade to permanent leave to remain at no extra cost. Things sure different now
Done all this 30 years ago. Took 4 attempts for a residence visa. Lots of hard work. Lots of paperwork work all correctly presented. Do not use any type of agency. I believe it's far more difficult these days but never give up
