 just email them to tell them that you have submitted the additonal document. They gonna check and respond on your application quicker

I applied online for workation DTV at Canberra Embassy. Submitted on 29th Jan and got approval on 4th March. Got requested for weird additional document but its ok that I still got the visa at the end.

Just a tip from my case, email them if your waiting is longger than 2weeks.
