Yesterday I reuploaded the VEVO I downloaded on the day I submitted the application, proving that I was onshore when submitting the visa application. I haven't heard from them since then. I had no idea I was not to leave until a decision was made, because in the required documents list on their website, they only asked for proof of address, they didn't say anything about having to stay during the whole process of visa application T_T
