why would I try I don't need a tourist visa. I just check the system. You can try with vpn and advise if it will work for them.

the system asks what passport then asks what country your currently in as your in the Philippines it says you can not use evisa

How do I obtain a letter of endorsement for an AO visa from the Thailand Board of Investment?

Download the application forms from your country thai embassy or consult the medical form is there. If you have a good relationship with your gp and they know your medical history they will sign it easy I didn't do any tests. OA and OX in Australia at least have nothing to do with BOI
