What is the difference between the Foreign Insurance Certificate and Health Insurance requirements for Thai visas?

If your talking about the form the insurance company must sign for OA visa that's for use if you don't use one of the Thai approved insurance companies. You will be lucky to get a foreign insurance company willing to sign it.

Been heaps of info regarding it on various Thailand Facebook pages, Airlines probably don't care because if you forget or don't do it then you do it on arrival and delay your exit from the airport.
