rightfully pointed out. Hanoi embassy juts simply doing their job properly. Providing your application is legitimate and you submit all supporting documentation , then no one is going to have a problem there!

Well, he shouldn’t be applying for the DTV visa if he can’t afford 5 weeks in Cambodia.
