if you set up a company in Dubai and have your rental income transferred over to there then yes you will get a DTV

as you will be director and manage the company on a daily basis

you can say you work for yourself through your US company and you can write a letter confirming you are the owner and director and manage the day-to-day activities of the company.

does everyone have to do a 90 day report? I have got my five-year DTV Visa all I had to do was send a signed letter from my company saying that I will not try and find employment

Nothing at all about a 90 day reporting
