Make sure all the bank statements are downloaded and dated the same day. I also had an issue where I had the PDFs of multiple bank statements put in the same document and they literally didn’t scroll down and see the total…😭 this was in Hanoi

I had to make a document on canva stateing the total at the top and then added the two PDFs below - so just make sure it’s super clear and u should be okay!
