I have, in Jakarta. I am Singaporean and spouse is American. I applied first, got the DTV in 4 days, then came to Thailand to get the DTV stamp in my passport, and my spouse then went to Jakarta to apply, was approved in 4 days too. We both had >500K baht in our accounts and he showed screenshots of both accounts on the day of application as we didn’t want to delay his dependent’s DTV with questions or need for further documents. This was in Jan/Feb so maybe things have gotten stricter but I’m an over-preparer and did not want to chance a rejection or delay for either of us so I over-funded my spouse’s bank account.
