well I'm leaving Friday. So hopefully the airport isn't affected like a decade ago. Ideally, im just looking at easier steps for immigration. But of course, we can't all get everything we want
Depends on a cost benefit analysis. How much are changing fees with tickets vs at least a day waiting at immigration, getting a residence certificates for 500 baht and the 30 day extension for 1900 baht. At a minimum, that's one day waiting in heat, IF you have all required documents and paying maybe 80 USD?
why do tourists want bank accounts? I'll tell ya.. it's a catch 22. For the retirement visa, the thai embassy website states that 800,000 baht is needed in a THAI bank account.
