You can not convert your license straight to 5 year one. You must have 2 year one first THEN renew it to 5 year one AND have long term visa(not tourist) to get 5 year license. Thats what DLT told to me atleast.

July23. And needed 1week aswell for RC. You can expedate the process by paying a bit for the officers (100b?) i belive.
