Hi, has anyone here successfully gotten the DTV visa from Vientiane (or other Thai embassy in Asia) under the "Soft Power" option -- ie, on the basis of a letter from a company verifying that they're attending a cooking class or other course, seminar or musical event? If so, what company or institute was able to grant that letter? Many thanks!
