it took 9 months for the CR-130. then there is the Affidavit of Beneficiary and the DS-260 form. The 260 will be filed next week. All said and done it is a 1.5 year process. The battle has been getting all of the information together. She gets to order the physical only after the interview date has been established. It’s a lot of work.

Interesting. I've been married twice. Once was ages ago. I wonder if I'll need both documents?

Thank you very much. My biggest struggle has been finding someone to ask questions.

I'm a little concerned. I asked her which province is better and she thinks BKK. I really want this to happen. If not, I'll be submitting for a K1 or just cash out, come and figure it out.

I'm starting the same process right now. I arrive Aug 20. I have 3 weeks to pull it off. I'm a bit worried. Is it more advantageous to do in BKK or Pattaya? My fiance has family in both places.
