I had the same your international license it’s only valid for 90 days in Thailand even if your license is valid for one year ..

If you have an accident the first think insurance ask is for your license and passport thy check to see if your IDP is valid and check you arrival stamp on passport it’s only valid for 90 day .. I had an accident no fault of my own I was inside off the period so I was ok but the insurance broker who came out to the accident advised me to change to full Thai license …

Stephen Richmond No, you are not required to purchase or show paid, confirmed return flights when applying for a UK holiday (tourist) visa. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) advises against buying non-refundable tickets before a visa decision. However, you must provide a travel itinerary or evidence of your intent to leave the UK.

Stephen Richmond it actually states on the UK government website it’s advised not to book flight till visa approved ..

I certainly booked flights because I was confident that it would be approved with the letter from her boss ….

It’s actually quite easy I did mine a last years your requirements include a valid passport, proof of a genuine relationship (photos, chat logs), financial evidence (bank statements, payslips), accommodation details, and evidence she will return to her home country.

The accommodation I got my sister to post me a hand written letter to state I was going to stay at her home for the trip ..

you need to have a return flight booked for her

and for the expenses you also must write on the application form that you will be supporting her 100%

i also had a copy off travel insurance attached

Once you complete the form on UK Government website

it will transfer you to VSF Globle you will get a appointment to go see them

Take all your documents with you to support your visa application thy go through everything and within 2 weeks your visa is approved… it cost around 5200baht ..

As my girlfriend was working we go a letter from her boss to state her job title and that she has approved her holiday it was just something extra to support her application..

Good luck saying that my tour was England Scotland Wales 5 weeks no change £8000 ..
