I saw those news reports too, and I also heard that the bank doesn’t unfreeze accounts for DTV visa holders because they see us as tourists who don’t need Thai bank accounts. I’m just concerned about that, and I’d like to seek advice from those in the DTV community who have already successfully unfrozen their accounts. I think it will take some times to unfreeze the account even though we have documents.
