Is the TM30 registration from my landlord really free or should I pay a 500 baht service fee each time I re-enter Thailand?

That's not a fee to file the TM30...that's what your landlord is charging you to file it on your behalf. My landlord charges the same for TM30 & 90-day reporting. I prefer not to deal with immigration directly so I don't care if my landlord wanted 1000 baht, I woulld pay it. It's nothing compared to what I pay these hoes 😂😂
