Do I need to register my return to Thailand if I have a multiple entry visa?

I asked at Hua Hin immigration if I need to register again for TM30 when I come back in the country after nearly 3 months with a single re entry on a retirement visa and always stay in my condo. They say : no need because I always stay the same place.

Does the 800,000 baht deposit for a Non-O visa need to come from overseas?

If you are using 800K baht banked money method to get the initial 90 day Non-O visa inside the country at the Hua Hin immigration office you have to prove the funds originated from abroad 😮 . You ask your bank for papers from the transfers.

Can till 90 days. I do this all the time. Because TR VISA is 60 days and can be extended by 30 days.
