Same issues. I'm 3 weeks in with no Condo yet..I got a copy of TM30 receipt hotel fills out. Passport.copies of each plus originals. . 2 passport type photos. E-visa.residence certificate form.Go to information at immigration. They check all your documents and give you a ticket to go to the relevant desk. Queue was big but done in 45minutes.(That was to get hotel residence certified!)

Back after lunch, through information again, another ticket, this time for residence certificate. Again, 40minutes, done. Picked up certificate 2 hours later.

Kasikorn bank next day, passport. Residence certificate. Walked out 40mins later with card, book and app all set up and good to go..seems a hassle to start, but its not too bad really. Come prepared.bring a drink.I played a few games of chess on my phone while moving along the queue .No big deal at all..
