Do I need to obtain a TM30 report for my Airbnb stays before getting a permanent condo in Thailand?

do a tm30 the day you check into the 1st Airbnb, when ever you move the 1st day go get another tm30 , if your landlord or Airbnb doesn't do it for you you have to go to immigration and do it, is free within a couple days, after that they charge 2000 baht as a late fee, really strict on this.

if you have remote income coming in when flying back after 180 days it will be easy to prove your situation is the same and not have to shell out 500 dollars for a new cooking class that you will never go to.

what's difficult? you pay everything online right? I have paid for everything with a card here had to take out not that much cash monthly for fruits 😆. and 250 baht not to worry they going to freeze my bank account is well worth it in my opinion.
