Every vaccine I’ve ever heard of past and present has some absurdly low chance of a death rate, but if 1:100,000 dies from the vaccine does that mean you shouldn’t take the vaccine?

The fact that 4 monks had a reaction, 1 being fatal, means it’s probably more then coincidence. Maybe it wasn’t stored properly or there is some currently unknown reason that will be investigated and discovered.

If it does pass could a vaccinated person go there for a week and then be free to travel the country? Who knows?
