Hi, I want to apply retirement visa from NY country local Thai Embassy. The application forms requires a reference person, I didn't know anyone in Thailand. Who can advice where I can get such service? Thanks!

Yeah just book a hotel online and use that address should be easy

Leave it blank or just put the hotel name in. The same form is used for multiple types of visas and some need it.

 very strange request. email your hotel and ask for the managers name. Use that and their phone number
