I agree with you to an extent but do you know anyone who has come for a short vacation and was denied entry ? They have a full record of your entry’s and can tell right away what kind of “tourist” you are,and if you really are just a tourist you should have no issues entering. again this problem is really only a problem for people like myself who would like to stay longer than a regular tourist

what do you mean by genuine tourist ? Someone who is only visiting for a short period of time? Because it is rare for them to get denied entry if they’re just a genuine tourist who hasn’t been entering over and over so I don’t see why they would have a problem. I am a part of the problem for people like me who try to re enter over and over

I’ve stayed for a year straight on visa exemption on entry with border runs. Not that I’d get away with it necessarily for a second year, but I know plenty who have but either way your first year you should be fine especially if you spend some of it outside the country
