that’s great. I actually meant they may not help in real time in a visa forum. I’m disappointed this happened to you. In 12 years of living in BKK, this has never happened to me. Not a good impression for you. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

Do you mean the ETA? The government announced on September 23 that the December launch date would be delayed. I am not sure which passport you have, but it is intended for those who hold one of the 93 countries granted visa-free entry.
