What health insurance options should I consider while spending a year in Thailand on a DTV?

I have used InsureandGo for many years. Claimed once for a tooth 🦷 and they paid immediately- (it was only a few hundred quid). At the moment I use the yearly policy with is around £220 for the highest level of cover. But it is only valid I think for 60 days out of the uk in one go. This is ok for me as I travel backwards and towards a lot (clock resets) I believe they do yearly policies - never checked how much the are. Ps I’m not worried about me - it’s the accidents, taxi drivers etc running me over! And you’re “very healthy” until the time you are not!
