Some airlines allow you to book a rewards flight and you could then cancel for a full refund if done within 24hrs

I don’t have a long time in Thailand at the moment, just frequent short trips until the time of retirement. I would just like to get a car and motor cycle drivers licence and an agent I have contacted in Bangkok have told me they can do things express (3-4 days) with a slightly higher fee as long as I can get the TM30. My wife is attending to some business on this trip and I have the time to do it with the help of an agent. Don’t mind to pay a premium.

Yes that is right. I have a passbook and an expired ATM card. I never go to Udon Thani anymore and would like to set up my banking in Bangkok to get ready for retirement. I have heard it is near impossible to change branches with the same account. But does having this account make it easier to open another account. I want to build up funds for retirement.

Can anyone tell me if having a Bangkok bank account ( in a rural province) makes it easier to get an account opened in a branch in Bangkok? Thanks
