Just go to Poland, cross the border and rent a hotel (booking confirmation), you will get it done in 7-10 days, all online.

I have provided 6 months, but there were almost no transactions on it, I've used WISE because they provide PDF file with a stamp and signature and can select any date range. So I transferred the money to WISE and I was able to generate the statement immediately.

But WISE might not work for everyone because different countries have different maximum limits of balance that can be kept on it at any specific moment.

Some banks make it difficult to generate an impromptu statement file, some only generate it once per month.
